Setting Up Additional IGPP Printers for macOS

• How do I set up additional IGPP printers on my machine? 

NOTE: Make sure you are connected to the network via wired Ethernet, the UCSD-PROTECTED wireless network, or Virtual Private Network (VPN).

1. Open System Settings -> Printers & Scanners

2. At the bottom of System Settings → Printers & Scanners, select "Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax..."
   
   

3. Choose IP Printer from the top of the window.

   
   
   

4. In the Address and Queue field, enter the printer's address (printername.ucsd.edu).

5. Make sure the correct printer model is selected from the Use: pull-down menu.
   If the printer model is incorrect, select a new one from the pull-down menu.  Use:  -> Select Printer Software.  If the correct printer driver is not found, you can download it from IGPP's Guest Software

6. Click "Add" to complete the printer setup.
